Adult Cabaret: A nightclub, bar, restaurant, theater, or similar establishment

in effectwhich regularly features live performances which are characterized by the exposure of
“specified anatomical areas” or by “specified sexual activities”, or films, motion
pictures, video cassettes, slides or other photographic reproductions which are
characterized by an emphasis upon the depiction or description of “specified sexual
activities” or “specified anatomical areas”.
(a) Adult Care Center/Residential: An occupied residence in which shelter and
personal care are regularly provided for six (6) to ten (10) adults who are not related
within the third degree computed according to the civil law to the operator and who are
over the age of twenty-one (21) years and receive care for at least four (4) but less than
twenty-four (24) hours of the twenty-four (24) hour day.
(b) Adult Care Center/Commercial: A facility (not a residence) in which shelter
and personal care are regularly provided for six (6) or more adults who are not related
within the third degree computed according to the civil law to the operator and who are
over the age of twenty-one (21) years and receive care for at least four (4) but less than
twenty-four (24) hours of the twenty-four (24) hour day.
