Seattle Mun. Code § 23.66.035
in effectThe Director and the Department of Neighborhoods Director shall deliver copies of petitions for amendments to the Official Land Use Map, copies of applications for planned unit developments and planned community developments, and copies of applications for conditional uses, special exceptions, and variances which affect property within a special review district, to the appropriate special review board for its recommendation. The special review board shall submit any recommendations in writing within thirty (30) days of receipt of copies of the application. (Ord. 116744 § 32, 1993: Ord. 112134 § 1(part), 1985.)
