Existing Structures and Uses
Jackson Zoning Ordinance § 1105.08
in effectUses and structures legally existing at the time of adoption of this neighborhood
conservation overlay district shall not become nonconforming solely by virtue of
adoption of the district. Notwithstanding this provision, any changes or additions to uses
or structures in the district that occur after the date of adoption of the district, shall
comply with the provisions of the adopted district.
