Miss. Code Ann. § 75-29-607
in effectDistributors are required to keep records of the names and addresses of the manufacturers whose honey they distribute for a period of three (3) years and to provide such information to the commissioner upon request in order to aid the commissioner in locating the source of adulterated honey.
