Procedure to establish, alter or abolish special review districts.

in effectA petition to establish, alter or abolish a special review district shall be filed and considered in the same manner as amendments to the Official Land Use Map, Chapter 23.32 . A petition or proposal to establish a special review district shall include a statement of purpose. The boundaries of a special review district shall be drawn on the Official Land Use Map.
