SEC. 231. LIMITED CORNER COMMERCIAL USES IN RH, RTO-1, RTO-M, AND RM DISTRICTS.

(a) Purpose. Corner stores enhance and support the character and traditional pattern of development in San Francisco. These small neighborhood-oriented establishments provide
