Bedroom: Any room used principally for sleeping purposes, provided that no
Jackson Zoning Ordinance § 202.18
in effectroom having less than eighty (80) square feet of floor area shall be considered a
bedroom.
(a) Beer and Light Wine: Light wine and beer of an alcoholic content of not
more than five (5) percent by weight as defined and regulated by the laws of the State
of Mississippi.
