in effectThe Board shall review all applications for use or development within the International District which require a certificate of approval. The Board's review shall be conducted according to the procedures and timelines set forth in section 23.66.030 D2 of this Land Use Code. The Board shall make a written recommendation based upon the extent to which the proposal is consistent with the goals and objectives of the International Special Review District and the use and development standards of this chapter. The Department of Neighborhoods Director shall make and issue a decision according to the procedures and timelines set forth in section 23.66.030 D of this Land Use Code.
