(a) Exception to Street Frontage in the RS and RM Zones The minimum street frontage for any lot in the RS and RM zones that fronts principally on a turnaround or curving street with a centerline radius of less than 100 feet, is 60 percent of the street frontage specified for the zone in which the lot is located as shown in Diagram 131-04A.
