§ 131.0460

In the RS-1-2, RS-1-3, RS-1-4, RS-1-5, RS-1-6, and RS-1-7 zones, the following shall apply: (a) The width of the third story is limited to 70 percent of the width of the lot. (b) The depth of the third story is limited to 50 percent of the depth of the lot or 100 percent of the maximum width dimension, whichever is greater.
