The following definitions are applicable to this Division. Where not otherwise specified, the definitions found in Chapter 11, Article 3, Division 1 of the Land Development Code shall apply. Each word or phrase that is defined in this Division, or in Chapter 11, Article 3, Division 1 of the Land Development Code, appears in the text in italicized letters. Secondary use means an allowed use that is less than 50 percent and more than 10 percent of the gross floor area of all uses in the development. Paseo means a pedestrian access way connecting streets, plazas, alleys, public parks, and other existing and future public spaces abutting or within a premises. All buildings abutting a paseo shall have active building frontages along the paseo. A paseo shall have signs visible from the adjacent public right-of-way stating that the paseo is open to the public.
