INNOVATIVE INDUSTRIES SPECIAL USE DISTRICT. (a) Purpose. The purpose of the Innovative Industries Special Use District is to provide affordable office space to small firms and organizations which are engaged in innovative activities, including incubator businesses and microenterprises. (b) Geography. The boundaries of the Innovative Industries Special Use District are shown on Sectional Map No. 8SU of the Zoning Map.
