For any application for a single-family house permit which is subject to the administrative approval procedures: A. The director may, in the director's sole discretion, approve an administrative level single-family house permit. B. The decision is an administrative determination and requires no hearing or notice. C. The action of the director is final. If the application is denied, nothing in this section shall preclude the applicant from filing an application for a director approval pursuant to this part.
