Upon adoption of any ordinance as an urgency measure, whether such ordinance zones or rezones any property or amends, supplements, adds to, repeals or otherwise changes any of the regulations or provisions of this chapter, the city council shall initiate proceedings pursuant to Section 20.120.010 to consider: 1. Repeal of the urgency ordinance; or 2. Readoption of the provisions of the ordinance, except the urgency provision, with such amendments, additions or changes, if any, as appropriate. (Ord. 26248.)
