A. Proceedings to zone certain territory to a planned development district may be initiated by the city council or by petition joined in by all of the owners of the territory covered by the petition. B. The provisions of this Chapter 20.120 shall apply to the initiation, adoption and amendment of any planned development district. To the extent any provision of this part conflicts with any other provision of this Chapter 20.120 , the provisions of this part shall apply. (Ord. 26248.)
