A "passenger vehicle" is any motor vehicle designed, used and maintained primarily for the transportation of persons for non-commercial purpose. A passenger vehicle does not include a motor vehicle designed and equipped for human habitation, excepting a motor vehicle to which a camper has been temporarily attached. (Ord. 26248.)
