"Relocated cardroom" means a cardroom, as defined in Title 16 of this Code, that holds a valid cardroom permit issued pursuant to Title 16 and is relocated from an existing site in accordance with the provisions of Part 13.5 of Chapter 20.80 of this title. (Ord. 28579.)
