"School, post secondary" shall mean an institution of higher learning where one is required to complete education earning a high school diploma, or equivalent, prior to admittance and is on the path to earning either a college degree or a certificate leading to a profession. This includes but is not limited to colleges, universities, as well as junior colleges, either public or private in nature. (Ords. 26704, 27607.)
