A. The director may authorize the reduction of two on-site loading spaces to one on-site loading space in connection with the issuance of a development permit if the director finds that sufficient on-street loading space exists to accommodate circulation and manipulation of freight. B. The director may reduce the number of off-street loading spaces based on the available loading space within the public right-of-way. (Ords. 26248, 27091.)
