The purpose of this district is to protect single-family uses by permitting development on lot sizes not less than 1 0,000 square feet. All other provisions of the R-1 Residential District shall be applied with the exception of the R-1 minimum lot size. 602.03.1 Uses Which May Be Permitted as Use Permits: The following uses are permitted provided they are established in accordance with the procedures and provisions of this Ordinance: Any and all Use Permits allowed in the R-1 (Single-family Estate) Residential District except for manufactured homes which are listed separately in the relevant residential zoning districts
