A. Official filing of an application for subdivision with the Director shall be preceded by a preliminary review of the proposed subdivision by the Director. B. Following the review, the subdivider shall submit an application to the Director. A subdivider shall submit with the application fifteen (15) copies of a preliminary plat and four (4) copies of preliminary plans for streets and other improvements. Unless the subdivider requests otherwise, at the time of application the application will be processed simultaneously with applications for rezones of or planned unit or planned residential development upon the property to be subdivided. C. Applications shall be processed according to the procedures set forth in Chapter 23.76 , Procedures for Master Use Permits and Council Land Use Decisions, and the additional procedures established in this subchapter.
