A. When reviewing permit applications under this Code, the Director may require the applicant to avoid or mitigate potential parking impacts caused by construction activity and temporary construction-worker parking. Mitigation may include, but is not limited to, requiring parking for construction workers to be located on the construction site. B. Temporary parking facilities provided for construction workers are exempt from the parking requirements of the underlying zone and the parking requirements of SMC 23.54 . C. Temporary parking provided for construction workers must be terminated or removed when construction is completed. (Ord. 122670 , § 2, 2008.)
