A. In all zones, the total gross floor area of all structures for community garden use may not exceed 1,000 square feet on any lot. B. In all zones, structures for community garden use are limited to 12 feet in height, including any pitched roof. C. Structures for community garden use are subject to the development standards of the zone as they apply to accessory structures. (Ord. 123378, § 4, 2010.)
