A. Parking at street level within structures. Parking in the Uptown Regional Center is permitted in a story that is partially above street level and partially below street level if the structure is permitted in a setback area under the provisions of subsection 23.48.740.B.2.b. B. Maximum parking limit for office uses. Parking for office uses is limited to one parking space per every 1,000 square feet of gross floor area in office use.
