A. Height limits 1. The height limits in SM-NG zones are as designated on the Official Land Use Map, Chapter 23.32 , shown as the number following the zone designation. 2. A minimum lot size of 15,000 square feet is required for a structure to exceed 85 feet in height except for stair or elevator penthouses and enclosed mechanical equipment. B.
