A. Uses that are permitted or prohibited in Downtown Harborfront 1 are identified in Chapter 23.60A , except that major cannabis activity is prohibited. B. Permitted essential public facilities, except for light rail transit facilities, shall also be reviewed according to the provisions of Chapter 23.80 . Light rail transit facilities are exempt from the development standards in this Subchapter VIII and shall be reviewed according to the provisions of Chapter 23.80 .
