Parking located at or above grade shall be screened according to the following requirements: A. Parking where permitted on dry land at street level shall be screened according to the provisions of Section 23.49.019 , Parking quantity, access and screening/landscaping requirements. B. The perimeter of each floor of parking garages above street level shall have an opaque screen at least three and one-half (3½) feet high. (Ord. 122054 § 69, 2006; Ord. 112303 § 3(part), 1985.)
