23.55.054

There is established pursuant to Chapter 23.59 of the Seattle Municipal Code, the Seattle Center Sign Overlay District, as shown on the City's Official Land Use Map, Chapter 23.32 , and Map A for 23.55.054. Three subareas are also established that together comprise the Seattle Center Sign Overlay District: the Arena Subarea located between Republican Street, Thomas Street, 1st Avenue N, and the alignment of 2nd Avenue N; the Bressi Block Subarea located between Thomas Street, John Street, Warren Avenue N, and 1st Avenue N; and the Center Campus Subarea that includes Seattle Center property that is not included in the other subareas.
