San José Municipal Code § 20.120.080
in effectIf petition, filed pursuant to Section 20.120.020 , is denied by the city council, no new petition requesting the same zoning or rezoning for the same property, or any part thereof, shall be filed within one (1) year from and after the date of such disapproval or denial. (Ord. 26248.)
