Parking facility.
San José Municipal Code § 20.200.860
in effectA "parking facility" is any parking space, parking lot or parking structure used for the parking of licensed motor vehicles. A parking facility as defined shall be maintained in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 20.90 of this title. (Ord. 26248.)
