Convenience Type Grocery Store: A store of not more than 3,000 square feet of retail sales
Jackson Zoning Ordinance § 202.39
in effectarea, not counting storage, which deals in grocery items of a convenience nature, and/or the sale
of on-site prepared food items. The food items will be sold in edible containers, or in paper, plastic,
or other disposable containers for off-premises consumption. This type of use is also, commonly
referred to as a "drive-in" grocery store with self-service gasoline pumps and may include an
automated drive-through car wash.
