in effectA. The following uses are prohibited as both principal and accessory uses in areas outside of the Pike Place Market Historical District, Map 1K: 1. Drive-in businesses, except gas stations located in parking garages; 2. Outdoor storage; 3. Adult motion picture theaters and adult panorams; 4. Transportation facilities, except flexible-use parking; 5. Major communication utilities; 6. All general manufacturing uses; 7. Solid waste management; 8. Recycling; 9. All industrial uses; 10. Jails; 11. Work-release centers; and 12. Major cannabis activity. B. Within the Pike Place Market Historical District, Map 1K, uses may be prohibited by the Pike Market Historical Commission pursuant to Chapter 25.24 .
