Seattle Mun. Code § 23.55.056
in effectLand located within the Seattle Center Sign Overlay District, as shown on Map A for 23.55.054, is subject to the sign regulations of Chapter 23.55 , except as provided in this Part 4 of Chapter 23.55 . In the event of a conflict between the provisions of this Part 4 of Chapter 23.55 and other provisions of Chapter 23.55 , the provisions of this Part 4 of Chapter 23.55 apply. For a project that vested to Chapter 23.55 prior to August 25, 2019, the provisions of this Part 4 of Chapter 23.55 may be applied to the project at the election of the project applicant as provided by subsection 23.76.026.F.
