Legal nonconforming structure.
San José Municipal Code § 20.200.620
in effectA legally constructed building or structure that met all applicable development regulations at the time of construction that does not meet the development regulations, including setbacks, height, floor area ratio, and parking set out for the zone in which such building or structure is located shall be deemed to be a legal nonconforming structure.
