in effectA. Height limits 1. The height limits in SM-NG zones are as designated on the Official Land Use Map, Chapter 23.32 , shown as the number following the zone designation. 2. A minimum lot size of 15,000 square feet is required for a structure to exceed 85 feet in height except for stair or elevator penthouses and enclosed mechanical equipment. B. Provisions for rooftop features allowed above the height limit are in subsection 23.48.025.C. (Ord. 125792 , § 7, 2019)
