in effectOffices with one hundred thousand to one hundred seventy five thousand square feet of total gross floor area shall provide one loading space. One additional loading space shall be included for each one hundred thousand square feet of total gross floor area in excess of one hundred seventy five thousand square feet. (Ords. 26248, 27091.)
