San José Municipal Code § 20.200.835
in effectOutdoor art means a tangible, physical display of visual art that is visible off the site on which the outdoor art is located or from any outdoor parking lot or outdoor pedestrian walkway accessible for use by the public, including paintings, drawings, still photographs, sculptures and multi-media, but not including other art forms such as films or productions of the performing arts.
