SEC. 1122. NOTICE OF AMENDMENT. Notice of the hearing before the HPC and the first hearing before the Board of Supervisors, of a proposed amendment to this Article which materially alters the limitations and requirements applicable to any building or class of buildings shall be given to the owners of such buildings by mail.
