A. No person shall use, maintain or suffer the use or maintenance of any real property except in full and complete compliance with this chapter and in precise conformity to all the requirements and conditions of any permit or approval issued pursuant to this chapter. B. Any use permitted by this title shall be conducted in full compliance with all local and state laws. Any permit hereunder is subject to revocation if it is conducted in such a manner as to cause a nuisance as defined by this title. (Ord. 26248.)
