A. The applicant may amend or withdraw the application at will at any time prior to the opening of the required public hearing on the application. Thereafter, the application may be amended or withdrawn only with the consent of the decision maker before whom the matter is pending. B. The application may be amended in any way except where: 1. A change in boundaries would result in a change in the requirements for notice pursuant to Section 20.100.190 ; or 2. A change is determined by the director not to be covered by the environmental clearance issued for the application pursuant to Title 21 . C. A change in the application may require additional fees to be paid as set forth in the schedule of fees related to the change. (Ords. 26248, 28511.)
