A. The director may issue a notice of noncompliance for any failure to comply with any requirement of this title or any condition of a development permit or approval. B. The notice of noncompliance shall be sent by certified mail to the address of the subject property and the owner of the property at the address shown on the last equalized assessment roll adopted by the County of Santa Clara. C. Such notice shall set forth the action necessary to come into compliance and a time frame for compliance. (Ord. 26248.)
