A. A notice of appeal must be filed with the director of planning within ten calendar days after the copy of the written decision of the initial decision maker is mailed to the applicant. If no such appeal is filed by 5:00 p.m. on the tenth day, the decision of the initial decision maker becomes final on the eleventh day. B. Any notice of appeal shall set forth the specific grounds of the appeal. (Ord. 26248.)
