A. The purpose of this part is to establish common procedures for the filing of applications, notice of public hearings, appeal of decisions, and enforcement of permits for all development permits and other approvals governed by this Chapter 20.100 . B. The procedures of this Part 2 shall apply to all development permits and approvals governed by this Chapter 20.100 , unless specifically modified by another section of this chapter. (Ord. 26248.)
