A. "Amusement game device" is any electrical or mechanical apparatus or device for which payment is charged for use as a game or contest, including video games and pinball machines, but not including: 1. Vending machines; 2. Juke boxes; 3. Pool tables and billiard tables as those terms are used in Section 6.56.010 of Title 6 ; and 4. Peep show devices as defined in Section 6.80.010 of Chapter 6.80 of Title 6 . B. The use of an amusement game device shall not be deemed to be "active and passive entertainment" as that term is used in this title. (Ord. 26248.)
