"Retail art studio" is a small-scale manufacturing establishment in which artistic items are manufactured from processed or unprocessed raw materials, where the finished product is sold on the premises and is non-combustible and non-explosive. Artistic items include but are not limited to pottery, ceramics, sculptures, and woodcarvings. (Ord. 28449.)
