"Bed and breakfast inn" is a commercial- residential use of an existing, owner-occupied residential structure of historical and/or architectural significance, providing visitor lodging on a short-term basis for a limited number of paying guests. A bed and breakfast inn must meet all the criteria set forth in Part 2 of Chapter 20.80 . (Ord. 26248.)
