A. Every building for which a building permit application for new square footage was submitted on or after January 1, 2011, shall provide the required bicycle parking spaces in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. B. Every development that creates more than five thousand square feet of outdoor uses for which a development permit application was submitted on or after January 1, 2011 shall provide the required bicycle parking spaces for the outdoor uses in compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
