A. Every use, including a change or an expansion of a use, shall provide on-site those showers and changing rooms required as set forth in Table 20-216. B. All showers and changing rooms shall be accessible to all employees. Table 20-216 Showers Required Use Required Showers Warehouse (85,000 - 425,000 sq. ft.) 1 shower Warehouse (425,001 - 635,000 sq. ft.) 2 showers, plus 1 additional shower for each additional 425,000 square feet of warehouse use above 635,000 square feet. General industrial (40,000 - 200,000 sq. ft.) 2 showers General industrial (200,001 - 300,000 sq. ft.) 3 showers, plus 1 additional shower per each additional 200,000 square feet of industrial use above 300,000 square feet. Office, research and development (30,000 - 150,000 sq. ft.) 2 showers Office, research and development (150,001 - 225,000 sq. ft.) 3 showers, plus 1 additional shower per each additional 150,000 square feet of office or research and development use above 225,000 square feet.
