Each off-street vehicle parking space shall be provided with: A. A driveway not less than ten feet wide for ingress and egress; and B. A maneuvering area, such as an aisle or driveway, of appropriate dimension and design to provide safe and efficient means of entry and exit by automobiles and other motor vehicles; and C. For all lots with a one-family dwelling use, in which a driveway is provided, such driveway must be not less than eighteen (18) feet long measured at its shortest side, unless otherwise provided in this title. D. Notwithstanding any other provisions of this title, in a main street district, driveways providing vehicular access to a main street shall be no more than twenty feet in width at the minimum building setback line, except that the decision- maker may approve a wider driveway through a development permit based on a finding that greater width is needed to accommodate loading or other truck access. E. Primary vehicular access for a corner lot in a main street district shall not be provided from the main street frontage. (Ord. 30857.)
